Requirements

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred
  • Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to quality outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Orthopedic or home health experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial patient assessments in the home setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
