About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services, developing treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility and manage pain.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist License (Required)
• Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy preferred
• Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience: Physical Therapy: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Treat an average of 14 patients per day
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
