Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value based care and evidence based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.

Requirements

Bachelors, Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida
