About The Position

Mission Physical Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapists to join its expanding network of outpatient orthopedic clinics across San Antonio. The company specializes in orthopedic rehab, sports injuries, and personalized care, with nine convenient locations. They are committed to helping patients recover, move better, and live healthier lives in a supportive, patient-first environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized, high-quality care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, working alongside a collaborative team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff. You will contribute to clinical growth through mentorship, education, and innovation, while enjoying the resources of a multi-location practice with the personalized feel of a local clinic. The role also involves building strong relationships with patients and becoming a valued member of the community.

Requirements

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Texas
Passion for orthopedic and sports rehab
Strong communication & patient care skills
Team-first mentality and hunger to grow

Responsibilities
