Requirements
- Are licensed (or licensure-pending) in Massachusetts
- Are eager to learn and open to feedback from seasoned clinicians
- Can bring a positive attitude and sense of humor to every visit
- Are organized enough to stay on top of things but flexible enough to adapt
- Are ready to build confidence in your clinical skills while being supported every step of the way
Responsibilities
- Providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes — no packed schedules or double-booked visits
- Developing and carrying out thoughtful treatment plans designed to help patients regain independence
- Working closely with your mentor and interdisciplinary team for guidance and collaboration
- Learning the ropes of home-based care while building confidence and clinical judgment
- Documenting your work in an EMR system that’s actually user-friendly
