About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an established industrial rehabilitation team. The setting offers relaxed treatment sessions, one-on-one patient focus, and absolutely no productivity standards. You’ll work with motivated clients who need specialized evaluation and rehab to safely return to physically demanding jobs—your work will make a meaningful impact on their lives. This position is based in the Maple Grove area.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Open to new graduates or experienced therapists
• Training provided—no prior FCE or Work Hardening experience required
• Strong writing and documentation skills (narrative reporting required)

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Work Hardening Evaluations
• Manage individualized plans of care for Work Hardening clients
• Participate in weekly Work Hardening team meetings
• Communicate with QRC case managers as appropriate
• Collaborate with a highly engaged team of PTs, OTs, PTAs, and COTAs focused on patient success
