Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics (Full-Time) Location: Johnston, RI About Us We’re an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based care. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you’ll practice in a collaborative environment that balances clinical autonomy with strong support and growth opportunities. The Ivy Rehab Network is a growing team of orthopedic and pediatric outpatient physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy clinics with over 500 locations throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current or pending state Physical Therapist license
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and strong outcomes
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
  • Guide patients through recovery timelines with a focus on long-term outcomes
  • Track progress and complete documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI-supported tools
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team of clinicians and referring providers
