Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Consistent work–life balance. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with strong outpatient experience. Ideal candidates are skilled in treating spine conditions, sports-related injuries, and motivated to provide exceptional patient-centered care. Purpose of the Role As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will: Review charts, complete initial evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions and modalities. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and ensure thorough documentation. Support patients in achieving goals related to pain reduction, mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Solid understanding of human growth and development across the lifespan.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze medical record documentation.
  • Proficient in planning and organization
  • Proficient in delegation

  • Proficient in managing stress in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Able to apply logical reasoning and strategic thinking to varied clinical and operational situations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members, coworkers and supervisors, and corporate leadership
  • Active state Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
  • CPR/BLS certification required (AHA-approved, including didactic and skills demonstration) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical therapy evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments for pediatric through geriatric patients.
  • Develop and modify plans of care based on patient needs, therapy findings, and changes in status.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and collaborate to adjust patient programs.
  • Provide clear home exercise instructions to patients and families.
  • Communicate patient progress and status to referring physicians and the healthcare team.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation, including assessments, follow-up notes, charges, and discharge summaries.
  • Co-sign PTA documentation biweekly per department standards.
  • May serve as a Clinical Instructor for PT students, residents, or fellows.
  • Maintain active licensure through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and department initiatives.
  • Rotate through treatment areas when needed to support clinic operations.
  • Schedule patients efficiently to meet organizational productivity standards while delivering high-quality care.
