About The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient team in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing one patient per hour. The role involves working with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or physical limitations, helping them build strength, function, and mobility through personalized treatment plans. This structured role offers a manageable patient load and steady hours, focusing on patient progress.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and reassessments
• Develop care plans that reflect each patient’s condition and goals
• Lead treatment sessions focused on recovery and functional improvement
• Adjust therapy plans based on patient response and progress
• Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and recovery habits
• Keep patient records current and organized
