We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist! As a Physical Therapist at MercyOne Genesis, you will: Provide quality care to a variety of patients in a caring, professional and efficient manner Evaluate the patient's condition and develop, implement and coordinate a customized physical rehabilitation plan to enhance strength, flexibility, range of motion, motor control, skin integrity, balance, and functional mobility skills, with associated equipment as needed, as well as reduce pain and discomfort and prevent secondary impairments in neonatal, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations Complete necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner Supervise clinical interns in and effective and professional manner and to supervise supportive staff effectively as required by Iowa and Illinois professional practice acts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Iowa state license
  • Basic Life Support within 6 months
  • No experience required

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care to a variety of patients in a caring, professional and efficient manner
