About The Position
Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Garden Spot in New Holland, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. 🎓 New grads are encouraged to apply! We provide mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you grow in your career. Symbria offers a robust Professional Mentorship Program for those starting out in their careers! Great opportunity to work at various levels of care at this beautiful senior community! This position will support SNF including on-campus home health and the Part B at Home Program. Credentialing will be part of onboarding who is hired to obtain NPI #and appropriate credentialing. CPR Certification is required by time of hire.
Requirements
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- CPR Certification Required

Responsibilities
- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
