We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care at a highly-rated senior living community in South Bend, Indiana. Located on the city’s south side, this facility offers a full continuum of care in a lively, team-oriented setting. Services include short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, and assisted living. Work in a modern therapy gym with an ADL kitchen and bathroom for real-life practice. Position Highlights · Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (30–40 hours per week) · Competitive hourly rate. · Close-knit, interdisciplinary team that values communication and cooperation, This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, helping residents maintain independence and quality of life. Requirements
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain)
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Passion for working with older adults and improving quality of life
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
