About The Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Daphne, Alabama. This role is ideal for a PT looking for schedule flexibility, strong earning potential through a performance-based pay plan, and the opportunity to grow into a Clinic Director (CD) role over time.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Alabama Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics preferred

• Leadership interest is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy with a patient-centered approach
