About The Position

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide structured, patient-focused care in a full-time setting. This role is centered on helping patients recover movement, improve physical ability, and manage pain through well-planned therapy sessions. You will be responsible for creating treatment strategies, guiding patients through each phase of care, and helping them work toward realistic physical goals.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning
• Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and determine appropriate therapy needs
• Create personalized rehabilitation plans
• Provide direct treatment through exercise instruction and manual techniques
• Measure patient progress and make treatment adjustments
• Explain recovery goals and treatment steps clearly to patients
• Keep documentation complete and up to date
