Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a license (in good standing) to practice physical therapy from the State of Arizona.
  • Proven experience in treating patients with a variety of modalities.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Dry Needling and Cupping experience is a plus!
  • Preferred; 1 year of full-time (accumulated) clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, formulate specific treatment plans and goals, and implement these plans with supervisor’s approval.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to reduce pain and enhance recovery.
  • Completion of all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for meeting clinic performance utilizing specific KPI’s
  • Ensures the clinic follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard Impact operating procedures
  • Reports on the productivity and stats of the clinic on a weekly basis
  • Works effectively with support staff to meet the production demands of the clinic’s schedule
  • Provide patient educational services, both verbally and in writing, documenting all educational activities and patient responses in charts.
  • Assists the Physical Therapist with patient care and implementing the plan of treatment.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication with patients, family members, and other departments.
  • Work with the front office staff to assist in scheduling and following up with patients/clients.
  • Responds to patient questions and inquiries as required to maintain high patient satisfaction levels.
  • Responsible for care and maintenance of equipment and keeping a safe and clean environment in the clinic.
  • Assists the clinical manager with special projects.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality.
  • Assist with seamless and efficient clinic function and daily clinic flow promoting The Impact Difference.
  • Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy, Student Physical Therapists, and volunteers as needed.
  • Participates in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with clinic manager.
  • Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
