Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical function and mobility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions focused on safety, strength, and independence
- Educate residents and caregivers on mobility strategies and fall prevention
- Recommend appropriate assistive devices and environmental modifications
