About The Position

We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Ortonville, MN. Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Ortonville Area Health Services Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position will provide patient care across a range of settings, including Outpatient, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities (LTC/SNF), Home Health, Independent and Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospital Inpatient. Looking for someone who is wanting to grow and expand their practice with specialties in LSVT training, dry needling, pelvic health, orthopedics and geriatrics per therapist discretion. About our Team: Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. Ortonville is the flagship of BST and has strong support in our community. We have been in our current location at OAHS for over 35 years and have a very a strong connection to the location. It is a place with a lot of support and mentorship to allow for expansion into many different areas of therapy!

Requirements

  • Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota and South Dakota.
