Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan (or in final stages of licensure)
- New graduates welcome — mentorship and support provided
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (not required)
- Vestibular experience or strong interest is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
- Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
