About The Position

Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. They blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address pain at its source. Their collaborative, patient-centered approach ensures every patient receives coordinated care from a multidisciplinary team working together towards restoring function, improving quality of life, and promoting long-term wellness. This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Glendale, AZ. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Arizona
• Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Commitment to holistic care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to successfully pass a TB Test

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor
