Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days hire
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • 1 year - Clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate preceptor program
