About The Position
Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Wheat Ridge, CO! We offer a sign-on bonus, up to $15k in student loan reimbursement, and relocation assistance. The average case load is 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to make a productivity bonus. We are closed on evenings and weekends, offering flexible schedules to accommodate your work-life balance. Our network consists of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, with 26 brand partners leading the outpatient physical therapy field. The Upstream family provides various opportunities for clinicians, including educational training through mentorship or residency programs, paths to ownership, and community impact through advocacy partnerships.
