About the position
Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Wheat Ridge, CO! We offer a sign-on bonus, up to $15k in student loan reimbursement, and relocation assistance. The average case load is 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to make a productivity bonus. We are closed on evenings and weekends, offering flexible schedules to accommodate your work-life balance. Our network consists of over 1200 clinics from coast to coast, with 26 brand partners leading the outpatient physical therapy field. Responsibilities
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient specific needs.
- Connect with patients and clinical team members within the organization.
- Deliver the highest quality care and meet standards of clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in various physical therapy services such as Active Release Technique, Chronic Pain Management, and Sports Performance Rehab.
