As a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while enjoying a flexible schedule. This position is located in an award-winning AL/IL and memory care community in St. George, UT, with a Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends, and no evenings. You will be responsible for marketing the clinic, scheduling your own appointments, and working independently.   • Provide physical therapy services to residents in an outpatient setting.
  • Market the clinic and manage your own scheduling.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
  • Maintain a patient-centered approach to therapy.
  • Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
  • Experience in various settings such as CCRC, SNF, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient Clinics, Home Health, Post-Acute, and Telehealth.
  • New graduates are welcomed.
