The company president himself has been treating and helping patients for almost 40 years and has amassed a wealth of motor control, manual therapy including Vagus nerve activation and relaxation techniques that he regularly shares with the staff therapists to take our treatments to the next level and achieve desired outcomes. We take time weekly during staff meetings in order to facilitate smooth day-to-day operation and check in with each other, our patients, and share amongst ourselves any new courses or techniques we've come across. Beyond that, each clinic is supervised by a lead therapist or clinic director that is directly involved in patient care themselves, which facilitates clear communication and expectations with the entirety of the team. Furthermore, our company loves to reward those who show their mettle, welcoming frequent reviews during the first year of employment, as well as annually from the first year onward. Hard work and commitment are acknowledged in full, with extension of benefits that progress based on not only time but also performance. Therapists are encouraged to extend their treatment sessions if needed for patients that are more complex or require more unique and individualized care.
