About the position

Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Covington, GA. This is an outpatient opportunity where you will join our Outpatient Clinic team in Covington and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The position is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule and offers a possible sign-on bonus and student repayment options.

Responsibilities

• Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment based on each patients’ specific needs
• Engagement with patients, with clinical teammates and within your organization
• Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
• Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current or pending state licensure
