About The Position

Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Peachtree City (Star Mills), GA. This is an outpatient opportunity where you will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The position is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule. The role includes specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient's specific needs, engagement with patients and clinical teammates, and setting and achieving personal and professional goals. You will also be expected to understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment based on each patient's specific needs.
• Engage with patients, clinical teammates, and within the organization.
• Set and achieve personal and professional goals.
