About The Position
Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in West Orange, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive evaluations of patients and developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs. You will educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they understand the process and are prepared for discharge when skilled therapeutic care is no longer necessary. Collaboration with other rehabilitation team members is essential, as you will participate in departmental initiatives and contribute to effective communication within the team.
