As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
• CT Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
• Commitment to excellent outcomes and patient-first care

• Specialization in areas like Orthopedics, Sports Rehab, Pelvic Health, Vestibular & Concussion Management, Neuro, Pediatric, and Performing Arts Therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
• Work with patients in their recovery timelines, allowing for ample one-on-one patient/Physical Therapist care
• Have close community relations with the population of Guilford through community outreach (Running Clubs, Lunch and Learns, Chamber of Commerce Meetings)
• Track outcomes and maintain documentation in Raintree, our EMR system
• Collaborate with referring providers and teammates to optimize care
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and self-management
