About The Position
Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist with a base compensation of $76,000-$98,000 and a total compensation package of $92,000-$119,000+, depending on experience and fit. A relocation/sign-on bonus is available. The company supports new graduates with a PT Cohort Program designed to provide guidance, mentorship, and tools for a successful transition from classroom to career. The program includes collaborative learning and curated mentorship over two years. Additionally, the company offers a mentorship program with 48 hours of 1:1 time with seasoned Physical Therapists, an APTA Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program, and a structured career path to leadership.
