Located directly below an orthopedic physician office, the New Milford Select Physical Therapy center sees a very diverse patient population of musculoskeletal type injuries. This center also sees a high volume of post-operative patients secondary to the relationship with many orthopedic physicians in the area. This center is over 7500 sq feet which includes a squash ball court, basketball hoop, full array of cybex equipment, and open gym environment to perform all functional training. This team consists of 3 full time therapists, 1 PTA, and 1 CHT. This center is focused on evidence-based treatment to provide the best possible outcomes for all patients we have the privilege to treat.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
