About The Position

BenchMark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Monroe, GA. This is an outpatient opportunity where you will join our Outpatient Clinic team and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. The position is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule, and there may be a possible sign-on bonus and student repayment options available.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialized evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment based on each patient's specific needs.
• Engage with patients, clinical teammates, and within the organization.
• Set and achieve personal and professional goals.
