About The Position

The Physical Therapist position is located at Granite Run in Lancaster, PA, and is a full-time role. The schedule includes working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 am to 7 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm, with no weekend work required. The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, depending on experience. Additionally, there is a $5,000 sign-on bonus and student debt assistance of $350 per month for the duration of employment. This position is within an outpatient orthopedic center that serves a diverse patient mix, including neuro, vestibular/post-concussion, and sports medicine cases. The team currently consists of 2 physical therapists, 2 physical therapist assistants, and 1 front desk staff member, and they are looking to add a talented, patient-centered physical therapist. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship is provided.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
