ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S ASHLAND CLINIC in Ashland, WI is seeking a PHYSICAL THERAPIST-WI to join our PT-ASHLAND team! The Physical Therapist-MN and WI provides inpatient as well as outpatient care services in St. Lukes facilities located in Minnesota and Wisconsin as assigned, consisting of evaluation, planning, treatment and documentation; will supervise Assistants, Attendants and students during provision of treatment.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy License in Wisconsin.
- WI Background Study upon hire and renewed per WI state law.
