Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland
  • Outpatient experience required for leadership (strong clinical rotations considered for new grads)
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • EMR documentation experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, high-quality therapy
  • Document patient progress and ensure compliance
  • Educate patients and families
  • Oversee staffing, operations, and financial performance
  • Promote services within the community
  • Mentor and train new team members
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence
