Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring a Physical Therapist Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing oversight, supervision, and field support to Physical Therapists across the assigned regions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and quality within the home and community therapy setting. This position requires regular field travel within a 50mi radius (or 60 minute commute) from assigned cases. All mileage for in-between visits, tolls, etc. will be reimbursed. Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients
  • Therapist license and registration
  • BLS from American Heart Association
  • Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
  • MMR Titers within 5 years
  • Malpractice Insurance
  • NPI #
  • Worker's Comp certification

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
  • Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
  • Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
  • Additional responsibilities as required
