Physical Therapist Staff
About The Position
The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy. Provides daily clinical supervision to P.T.A.'s, Rehabilitation Aides and students. Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care. .Qualifications: B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy Required Masters Degree Preferred New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate Knowledge of General Therapeutic Equipment General computer literacy This position offers the option of a 4 or 5 day workweek: Sunday - Thursday - 10am - 6pm ( 5 day workweek) Sunday - Thursday - - 8am- -6pm (4 day workweek) -days worked depend on need of department and seniority New grads will be considered Base hourly rate is $53,8624 , plus experience differential if applicable Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer. Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy Required
- New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate
