Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Ripley, OH. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13 week travel assignment with possibility of extending.

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Nice-to-haves

• Proper State License
• Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
• Rehab Optima (Net Health)
