About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Little Elm, TX is seeking a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist. Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Manage an average patient case load of 8 patients a day.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
