About The Position
Physical Therapist (PT) – Days Location: Pensacola, FL Schedule: Full-time | Days | Rotating Weekends Salary Range: <1 year: $35.77/hr 1 year: $37.56/hr 2–3 years: $39.35/hr 4–5 years: $41.13/hr 6–7 years: $42.92/hr 9–10 years: $44.71/hr 16+ years: $49.18/hr Night Shift Differential: Not applicable Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Relocation Assistance: Case by case
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required
- State of Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible at time of hire)
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered therapeutic care and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for physical rehabilitation
- Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress toward functional goals
- Ensure therapy meets standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and collaboration with staff and leadership
