Whether you prefer to maintain a general caseload or specialize in areas such as orthopedics (including pre and post-operative care), manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, or concussion care, we make it possible. In addition to outpatient therapy, this unique opportunity at our Midland Physical Therapy clinic offers hands-on experience in occupational medicine and testing. Our therapists are trained in DOT-regulated physicals, audiometric testing, pulmonary function tests, and fitness-for-duty assessments, expanding your expertise beyond traditional physical therapy. Requirements

Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, and sports-related conditions
Develop individualized outpatient physical therapy plans of care to optimize patient outcomes
Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time
Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
