AMG Specialty Hospital - Lafayette is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist (PT) for Day Shifts responsible for evaluating a patient's rehabilitation potential, establishing realistic goals, and planning and administering a treatment program which best meets that patient's individual functional capacity and tolerance to achieve that goal. All Physical Therapy treatments and modalities are in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care, at all times. Requirements

  • Maintains a current Louisiana State Physical Therapist License in good standing
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Additional languages are desirable.
