Location: 4800 1st Coast Hwy #240, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 Department: Outpatient - Amelia Island Hours: Part time (15hrs/week) 1-6 Wed 7-6 Friday Compensation: Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Requirements
- Current PT license in state of Florida
- Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
Responsibilities
- Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs
- Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses
- Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Promote evidence-based patient care
