About The Position

Our Washington, D.C. team is growing, and we are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) who is ready to step into a role that offers both stability and flexibility while making a real impact in the community. As a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist , you’ll provide one-on-one patient care — no clinic overload, no double-booking, no burnout cycle. You’ll have the consistency of a full-time role with the flexibility of home health, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care while maintaining work-life balance.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington, D.C.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload independently

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver rehabilitation services focused on strength, balance, and mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
