About The Position

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. This role can offer between 20-29 hours per week on a consistent basis.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work consistent weekly schedule of 20-29 hours (note - scheduled hours will be determined by case load)

Nice To Haves

• It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
