About The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across inpatient and outpatient settings with a strong focus on neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Parkinson’s disease, and other complex neuro conditions. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • New graduates are welcome – extensive mentorship and training available.
  • Outpatient experience preferred (required for outpatient-only roles).
  • Strong interest in neurological rehabilitation and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions, with an emphasis on neurological diagnoses.
  • Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life for patients recovering from stroke, Parkinson’s disease, TBI, and other complex conditions.
  • Participate in our specialized Parkinson’s Program, offering therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate smooth transitions of care.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education on exercises, home programs, and disease management.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
