Our clinicians treat a wide range of diagnoses including neurological conditions, stroke, medically complex cases, orthopedic injuries, balance disorders, and functional mobility impairments. Your Role: As a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will:

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restoration
Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations
Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards
