Grand Traverse Pavilions is accepting applications for part-time (24 hours a week) Physical Therapists to join our expanding, state-of-the-art wellness and rehabilitation programs.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license for the State of Michigan is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in skilled nursing rehab and aquatic therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to residents in skilled nursing rehab and wellness programs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Assist in the administration of aquatic therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and other healthcare providers to ensure patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and patient progress.
