Requirements

  • Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to optimize mobility, strength, and function.
  • Document progress and collaborate with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement within our in-house therapy department.
