Responsibilities Who You Are A licensed Michigan Physical Therapist (or eligible) with experience in both ortho and pelvic-health practice (or coursework and hands-on experience -or a strong desire to specialize further). You communicate with empathy, think holistically, and thrive in an environment that champions autonomy, collaboration, and continual growth. What You’ll Do Evaluate & Innovate – Perform comprehensive internal / external pelvic-floor and musculoskeletal assessments; craft tailored plans for incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum recovery, post-op care, and beyond. Heal & Empower – Deliver manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, exercise progression, and lifestyle strategies that help patients return to running, lifting, laughing—without worry. Educate & Advocate – Provide clear, compassionate guidance that demystifies pelvic conditions for patients (and often their referring providers), fostering long-term wellbeing. Collaborate & Grow – Consult with our ortho and TMJ specialists, share journal findings, and help shape workshops that elevate pelvic-health awareness in the community. Your Expertise Pelvic-Health Focus – Coursework (CAPP, PRPC, Herman & Wallace, etc.) and real-world application treating urinary/bowel dysfunction, dyspareunia, prolapse, or related conditions. Manual-Therapy Skill – Skilled hands-on techniques for lumbopelvic, hip, and abdominal regions. Holistic Perspective – Comfort integrating breathing, posture, and lifestyle coaching alongside exercise. Clear Communicator – You listen deeply, document efficiently in EMR, and educate with empathy. Qualifications Qualifications Active Michigan PT license (or ability to obtain).
