Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible to obtain)
- New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in working with behavioral health, substance use recovery, or underserved populations
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments related to deconditioning, chronic pain, balance deficits, and mobility limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and safe mobility
- Provide trauma-informed, patient-centered care in a behavioral health and recovery setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support whole-person recovery goals
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
