Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible to obtain)
  • New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in working with behavioral health, substance use recovery, or underserved populations

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments related to deconditioning, chronic pain, balance deficits, and mobility limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and safe mobility
  • Provide trauma-informed, patient-centered care in a behavioral health and recovery setting
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support whole-person recovery goals
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using EMR systems
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
