About The Position

A part-time (24 hours per week) Physical Therapist (PT) position is available in Middletown, RI. The ideal candidate will split their time between a Skilled Nursing Facility and an Assisted Living Facility in the same location. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Members of their management team have worked in the therapist position and understand what therapists need to be successful. Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Assisted Living Facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
